Pricing & Billing Policy

By paying the $20 retainer fee to start the work, you agree we may use the card on file to charge a success fee if we help you save money — 5% of savings for Guided Support or 20% of savings for Full-Service Advocacy. You will receive a notification before any charge is applied.

When we refund your $20: If we are unable to help you save money and close the case, we issue a full refund.

When we do not refund your $20: If you do not respond within 7 days and we must close the case, or if we secure a reduced-price offer and you choose not to accept it.
