*We rely on your outcome report to know how much we save you and calculate fair payment for our service. Most cases are resolved within 2-4 weeks, though complex disputes may take longer. If you don't report results within 4 weeks of the dispute resolution, we'll assume we saved you the full bill amount and charge 5% of the bill. Don't worry - you can always share the actual results later and we'll happily adjust your payment. If your dispute is still pending after 4 weeks, just let us know and we'll extend the reporting deadline for you.
