Pricing & Billing Policy

How our pricing works — clearly explained

Overview

We charge a $20 retainer fee to start work on your case. This covers our initial review and activates your advocacy file. If we successfully help you save money, a success fee applies based on the service you chose:

  • Guided Support — 5% of money saved
  • Full-Service Advocacy — 20% of money saved

How Success Fees Work

By paying the $20 retainer fee for Guided Support or Full-Service Advocacy to start the work, you authorize us to charge a success fee when we help you save money — using the same card on file.

You will receive a notification before we charge you. If we notify you and don't hear back within 7 days, we'll calculate the success fee based on the reduction we documented and charge the card on file. We'll always show our work.

If you resolve your bill without notifying us, we'll assume our advocacy contributed to the full reduction and charge accordingly. To avoid this, simply let us know the outcome — even if you decided not to pursue the dispute.

When We Will Refund Your $20

If we are unable to help you save money and decide to close your case, we will let you know and issue a full refund of your $20 retainer. If we can't help, you pay nothing — no questions asked.

When We Will Not Refund Your $20

The $20 retainer is non-refundable in the following situations:

1

No Response After 7 Days

If we follow up with you about your bill and you do not respond within 7 days, we may have to close your case. The retainer will not be refunded in this situation, as work was already started on your behalf. In addition, if we had already identified savings on your behalf, we may consider the case a success and charge the applicable success fee.

2

You Choose Not to Accept a Negotiated Offer

If we successfully negotiate a reduced price for you and you choose not to accept the offer, the retainer will not be refunded. We completed the advocacy work and secured a better offer — that effort is non-refundable regardless of whether you accept the offer. Because a successful outcome was reached on our end, we may also charge the applicable success fee based on the reduction we negotiated.
